1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vardaan's website and placing an order through our platform or WhatsApp business number, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Products, Pricing, and Parchi Approvals

Vardaan's operates primarily by interpreting handwritten lists (parchis) provided by customers.

• Pricing: All prices calculated by our team are subject to change based on market fluctuations. The final price quoted to you via WhatsApp or checkout is valid only for that specific transaction.
• Approvals: Once you approve the interpreted list and finalize payment, the order is locked. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases where items are out of stock or suspected of being fraudulent.

3. Intellectual Property

The Vardaans name, logos (including the "vdn" monogram), and all related branding and website assets are the exclusive property of Vardaan's. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vardaan's shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

• Consumables: We source high-quality jaggery, prasad, and related edible items. However, Vardaan's is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of these products. It is the customer's responsibility to check for allergens.
• Pooja Samagri: Items involving fire (e.g., camphor, diyas, matchboxes) must be used with caution. Vardaan's is not liable for any property damage or personal injury resulting from the improper or unattended use of our products.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida/Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
