Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage & Timings

Vardaan's currently operates exclusively within the Noida and Greater Noida regions.

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders and parchi lists confirmed and paid before 3:00 PM IST will be dispatched the same day.
• Next-Day Dispatch: Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM will be processed first thing the following morning.

2. Shipping Rates & Dynamic Pricing

We aim to keep delivery costs as low as possible. However, exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout or during list confirmation based on several factors:

• Total order weight and volume.
• Distance from our dispatch center to your location.
• Surge Pricing: Delivery fees may temporarily increase during peak festival hours, extreme weather, or high-demand periods dictated by our delivery partners.

3. Third-Party Delivery & Liability (Transfer of Risk)

To ensure rapid delivery, Vardaan's occasionally utilizes trusted third-party delivery partners (e.g., Porter, Rapido, Dunzo).

Every order is meticulously checked, verified against your parchi, and securely sealed before leaving our premises. Once the package is handed over to a third-party delivery partner, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the carrier.

Vardaan's is not strictly liable for items reported missing, stolen, or damaged in transit after dispatch. However, our team will fully assist you in raising a dispute with the respective delivery partner to seek a resolution.

4. Customer Unavailability

Our delivery partners will attempt to reach you via phone upon arriving at your location. If the delivery fails because the customer is unreachable, unavailable, or provided an incorrect address:

• The package will be returned to our facility.
• Any subsequent attempt to redeliver the package will incur an additional, full delivery charge.
• Perishable items (like certain prasad or jaggery) cannot be refunded if the delivery fails due to customer unavailability.

5. Unforeseen Delays (Force Majeure)

While we pride ourselves on speed, Vardaan's is not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. This includes severe weather conditions, roadblocks, political unrest, or sudden regional network outages affecting our delivery partners.
