Due to the time-sensitive and sacred nature of pooja samagri, all discrepancies must be reported immediately. If an incorrect item is delivered, or an item is missing from your confirmed invoice, you must notify our WhatsApp support team within 30 minutes of delivery.
If a valid missing or incorrect item claim is verified by our team, we will arrange for a replacement or fulfillment of the missing item.
Please Note: Replacement deliveries are routed based on the availability of our dispatch partners. While we strive to rectify errors quickly, we do not guarantee a specific time limit or immediate SLA for replacement deliveries. The item will be dispatched as soon as a partner is available.
To maintain the highest standards of purity and hygiene, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-replaceable once accepted at the door:
Vardaan's fulfills orders based on customer-provided lists (parchis). If any item on your handwritten list is illegible or ambiguous, our packing team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone to cross-verify the requirement.
Your order will only be finalized and dispatched once you explicitly approve the interpreted list and final quoted amount. Once you give this final approval, the liability transfers entirely to you. Vardaan's is not liable to replace or refund items if the approved items differ from your original, uncommunicated intent.
Vardaan's operates primarily on a replacement model. Refunds are exceedingly rare and are strictly reserved for extreme edge cases (e.g., if an approved replacement item is permanently out of stock and cannot be sourced).
